Level one Doula Package
Includes: 2 prenatal meetings (birth planning, postpartum planning, addressing any questions or concerns etc.) starting 2 months (60 days) before your estimated delivery date.
* Complete labor and delivery support
* 1 hour of postnatal care and support
*2 postpartum visit (1 within 1-7 days of birth and the other within 4-8 weeks postpartum)

Level two Doula package (postpartum only) - for clients who do not seek prenatal or delivery services. Services are provided once the baby is home up to 12 weeks of support
Includes: 1 meeting before birth (intake and postpartum plan, 1 lactation/feeding support consultation, family support meeting, 2 personal night/parents outing up to 3 hours anytime between 4-12 weeks)

Level 3 Doula Package-Prenatal Support only*For clients who seek support only in preparation for birth/during. pregnancy but do not seek labor and delivery support or postpartum support*
